For marketing teams

Give the team one more set of hands—and one shared memory

Adze keeps business context, standards, and follow-through available across the team, then brings each decision to the person whose judgment matters.

One business, understood together

The brief does not have to live in one person's head

Adze keeps the business's audience, positioning, evidence, voice, competitors, and current priorities ready for the people and work that need them.

New work begins further along
The team spends less time restating the same background before every plan, draft, and handoff.
Standards remain visible
Approved examples, platform guidance, content rules, and product boundaries are available beyond the person who first established them.
Context can change without disappearing
The team can review sources, update what has changed, and revisit assumptions that have become old or uncertain.

This is not a replacement for the team's point of view. It is a way to keep that point of view available when the next piece of work starts.

Continuity

Keep the thread when the work changes hands

A useful opportunity may pass through research, writing, review, scheduling, and measurement. Adze keeps the reason, evidence, ownership, and current state attached as it moves.

  1. Opportunity framed

The reason this work matters is recorded with its evidence and priority.

  2. Owner assigned

The right teammate receives the work without having to reconstruct where it came from.

  3. Draft under review

Comments stay anchored to the relevant work and the current version remains clear.

  4. Approved and scheduled

The destination, author, timing, and publishing state remain explicit.

  5. Result returned

Performance is connected back to the decision that produced it.

When somebody is away, priorities change, or ownership moves, the work retains more than a title and a due date. It retains the marketing context needed to continue it well.

Team attention

Everyone does not need every notification

Adze can keep routine signals in the background and route the smaller number of meaningful decisions toward the teammate responsible for them.

Open the draft

Team-level defaults can direct topics such as publishing, SEO, connectors, billing, and business-profile changes to different responsible people. The purpose is clarity, not a larger stream of alerts.

Shared learning

Good decisions should outlast the meeting where they were made

Repeated edits can become explicit guidance for later work, making the team's approved standard easier to apply across people and channels.

Adze should propose a durable rule only when the evidence converges. The team can inspect the pattern, approve the rule, revise it later, or leave the edit attached to one draft.

Roles and control

Give people access to the work they are responsible for

Adze supports distinct roles, granular permissions, shared and personal connections, assignment, comments, version history, and an audit trail of human and assistant actions.

Ownership stays explicit
Assign opportunities and content, set useful defaults by work type, and keep the responsible person visible.
Review has evidence
Comments, version history, diffs, and restoration make it possible to see what changed rather than guessing which file is current.
Access follows responsibility
Built-in and custom roles can separate editing, publishing, analysis, administration, and billing responsibilities.
Connections keep the right scope
A personal Gmail or LinkedIn connection remains personal; a shared CMS can belong to the organization.

Team questions

How Adze fits around the people already doing the work

Does every team member need to use chat?

No. Chat is the primary way to direct Adze, but team members can also participate through assigned work, review queues, comments, plans, calendars, reports, and the connected destinations where approved work appears.

Can different people review and publish?

Yes. Roles and permissions can separate editing, publishing, analysis, and administration. Content can be assigned, reviewed, scheduled, and published by the appropriate people without giving every teammate the same access.

Can personal accounts remain private?

Yes. Connections can be personal or organization-wide. Personal sources remain scoped to the user, and shared conversation views redact data sourced from personal connectors for people who should not see it.

Can we see what Adze changed or did?

Content has version history and diffs, while the organization audit log records relevant human and assistant actions across work, roles, connections, plans, and other governed areas.

Will Adze replace the marketing lead?

No. Adze extends the team's capacity by handling observation, preparation, coordination, and follow-through. Direction, standards, sensitive judgment, and accountability remain with the marketers responsible for the business.

Give the team more continuity without adding more coordination

Adze can keep shared context, routine follow-through, and the next meaningful decision from disappearing between people and busy weeks.
