For fractional marketers & consultants

Carry more clients, not more mental overhead

Adze gives every client a separate working context, keeps worthwhile marketing moving between visits, and helps you return with the details already in place.

Separate by design

Three clients should never become one blended prompt

Audience, positioning, evidence, voice, priorities, connections, and learned guidance stay attached to the business they belong to.

Each client, understood on its own terms

Client-document software for accounting firms

Understood since March · 61 briefs · 3 collaborators

Audience

Accounting and bookkeeping firms tired of chasing clients through email, shared drives, and last-minute reminders. The firm owner feels the delay; the operations lead has to fix it.

Positioning

A clear, secure place for clients to send what the firm needs. Less chasing for the team, fewer surprises at month-end, and no promise that software removes the need for review.

Voice Clear, reassuring, no accounting jargon

If a document is missing, everyone should know which one and who needs to send it.

Right now

  • Year-end planning begins in three weeks
  • The month-end checklist is eighteen months old
  • Competitors are making vague AI-sorting claims

Recommended work

  1. Rewrite the month-end document checklist

It brings steady search traffic and still sends readers to a retired workflow.

  2. A plain-English guide to AI document sorting

Firms are asking whether it creates more review work, and the existing answers avoid the question.

Independent skincare company with six products

Understood since November · 38 briefs · 2 collaborators

Audience

People who read ingredient lists and have been let down by a brand that got big. Most find Juniper through other people rather than through search.

Positioning

Six products, made properly, and no plan for a seventh. Restraint is the product, not a constraint on it.

Voice Warm, unhurried, first person

We only make six things. This is the one we would start with, and here is why it might not be for you.

Right now

  • The refill pouch arrives in September
  • A Copenhagen stockist wants launch material
  • Dry-skin questions rise as winter approaches

Recommended work

  1. A letter about why there is no seventh product

The question appears in replies to every newsletter, and answering it in public would reinforce the positioning.

  2. Refill explainer for the Copenhagen launch

The stockist needs a useful insert and the launch is three weeks away.

Two-person research studio

Understood since June · 12 briefs · 1 collaborator

Audience

Heads of product at companies large enough to have a research budget and small enough that one person still decides how it is spent.

Positioning

Two people who will tell you what they found, including the part that undoes the roadmap you have already announced.

Voice Blunt, evidence first, dry

We spoke to eleven of your customers. Four of them had already stopped using it.

Right now

  • The calendar is full until October
  • The studio turns down the wrong work every week
  • Its strongest recent case study is under NDA

Recommended work

  1. A note on the work the studio turns down

It is the clearest signal of what Fieldwork is for and is currently invisible outside the business.

  2. An anonymized version of the NDA study

The findings remain useful without the client's name attached.

Switching accounts should change the whole working world, not merely the name at the top of the screen. Nothing learned from Juniper's edits should quietly become a rule for Ledgerline or Fieldwork.

Working memory

Pick up the account where the work actually left off

When you come back tomorrow or next month, Adze can retain the business understanding, current priorities, open work, approved decisions, and relevant history.

Less re-briefing yourself
The account's audience, positioning, evidence, voice, and active work remain available instead of being reconstructed from notes and old chats.
A clearer reason behind each recommendation
Opportunities can carry the evidence and business context that made them worth pursuing.
Learning stays with the right client
Approved examples and repeated corrections improve later work without leaking across accounts.

Adze should reduce the cost of switching accounts without pretending context switching disappears. The difference is that the context is waiting for you when you arrive.

Across the practice

Know which account needs you today

Adze can keep routine monitoring and follow-through moving across client workspaces, then surface the smaller number of decisions that deserve your attention.

Portfolio brief Fictional client portfolio
  • All three client calendars are covered through Friday.
  • Two approved posts were confirmed live.
  • Nothing needs you in brand mentions today.
  • One search opportunity is gaining relevance.
  • A client draft is waiting on final approval.
  • The monthly report is ready to share.
  • One connected account will need renewal this week.
  • Community monitoring is quiet.
  • Next week's briefs are prepared.

Behind the delivery

Keep the work moving while your attention moves elsewhere

A client job can retain its evidence, draft, review state, publishing destination, and result even when you spend the next day inside another account.

Juniper

Fictional example

Independent skincare company with six products

One client launch, end to end

  1. 01 Adze

    The launch need is framed

A new stockist needs useful customer education before the refill arrives, and Juniper's audience expects candor rather than launch hype.

  2. 02 Adze

    The evidence is assembled

Product facts, packaging instructions, common questions, audience concerns, and the brand's restraint are brought into one brief.

  3. 03 Adze

    The complete guide is drafted

Adze writes the article, summary, metadata, and a supporting stockist email in Juniper's approved voice.

  4. 04 You

    You protect the standard

You soften one claim, add a limitation, and approve the version that feels honest enough for the client.

  5. 05 Adze

    The work reaches its destinations

The article is scheduled and the supporting material is prepared for the connected channels and collaborators.

  6. 06 Adze

    The account retains the learning

The edit and the result stay in Juniper's context, ready for the next piece of work—not the next client's.

The client receives finished, attentive work. Adze remains part of how you delivered it.

Behind the scenes

Clients do not need another tool to learn

Adze can remain inside your practice. The client can continue reviewing deliverables, sharing feedback, and receiving reports through the workflow you already use with them.

Your service remains the relationship
Adze supports your research, preparation, continuity, and follow-through without positioning itself between you and the client.
Deliverables remain portable
Approved work and reports can move into connected publishing systems, email tools, Google Docs, Google Sheets, or downloadable implementation bundles.
You choose what the client sees
A client does not need an Adze account merely because you use Adze to produce and manage their marketing work.

Practice questions

How Adze fits into client work

Do my clients need Adze accounts?

No. Adze can remain part of your own delivery practice. Clients can continue receiving drafts, published work, reports, and other deliverables through the tools and process you already use with them.

Does one client's context affect another?

No. Business profiles, voice guidance, priorities, learned patterns, connected tools, and work history remain scoped to the organization they belong to.

Can I work with collaborators on one account?

Yes. Organizations support team membership, assignment, comments, roles, permissions, and shared work. Access can be configured per organization rather than giving a collaborator visibility across your entire practice.

Can Adze publish directly for a client?

Yes, where the relevant destination and policy support it. Approved blog posts can publish to connected CMS platforms, original social posts can use supported social connections, and emails can use connected sending tools. Community replies remain manual where platform rules require it.

Is this a white-label client portal?

No. Adze is the assistant behind the marketer. It can stay out of the client's workflow, but the current product should not be marketed as a rebrandable client portal.
